Matt Crafton fought handling and the elements in the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The No. 88 Menards/Tarkett machine was extremely loose for the majority of the Ford 200, and although the team fought hard to improve the truck, there was not enough time before the race was shortened for rain, resulting in a 19th-place finish.

Paul Menard

Paul Menard and the PEAK/Menards team quickly catapulted from their 24th-place starting position into the top 10, only to be collected in the first “big one” when the bright blue and yellow No. 27 Chevrolet was turned from behind and into the outside retaining wall, ending their night early.

Frank Kimmel

Frank Kimmel powered through a field of packed cars at the inaugural ARCA Racing Series opener at Daytona as high as eighth position, but was handed an unfortunate penalty post-race. The No. 44 Ansell/Menards Toyota Camry, after crossing the checkers in eighth, was scored in the 23rd position by the tower due to driving below the yellow line to avoid competitors running out of fuel ahead of him.

Clint Bowyer

Clint Bowyer and the No. 33 Kevin Harvick Inc. (KHI) team ended the 2011 NASCAR Nationwide Series season at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Saturday. The Emporia, Kan., native qualified the Rheem Chevrolet Impala in the sixth position and drove to a fourth-place finish.
